When a drive fails, the easy thing is to swap the board and restart. What we do is find out why it failed: we analyze the logs, measure the supply, the DC bus, the output and the motor, and deliver the cause and a plan so that it does not happen again. In industry and in electric submersible pumping (ESP).
Overcurrent, DC bus overvoltage, ground fault or undervoltage that come back after every reset.
When the board is replaced and fails again within weeks: the cause is outside the board.
Speed or current instability, a PID loop that will not settle, badly set parameters.
Telemetry, sine-wave filter, step-up transformer and tap selection (retap), surface unit trips.
Noisy or overheating harmonic filters, resonance with capacitor banks, supply distortion.
Parameter setup, autotuning, configuration backup, preventive maintenance and safe return to service after a failure.
We work with drives from WEG, Yaskawa, ABB, Danfoss, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Baker Hughes, Triol and others. Brands belong to their manufacturers.

Yes. With the fault codes, photos, parameters and history or telemetry files we do a first remote analysis. If needed, we arrange a visit.
Yes. We work with ESP surface units: telemetry, sine-wave filters, step-up transformers and taps, protection settings and trip diagnosis.
We identify the damaged board or module and, above all, what damaged it. We arrange the replacement or repair and support the return to service so it does not fail again.
A technical memo or report with the fault description, measurements, root cause, actions taken and recommendations.
Send us the brand, model and fault code.
